  • Can you do Jai stretches everyday?

    It's a fairly light exercise but I wanted to be 100% sure and see what other people's experiences were with this.

    It depends how conditioned you are. Some more advanced members integrate it into their daily routine 7 days a week, it is just a preference.
    If you are starting out just keep it to every second day. Or on your length days.
    Start
    BPEL: 6.7
    MSG: 4.5

    Now
    BPEL: 7.7 (+1!)
    MSG: 5.1 (+.6!)
