Hi there guys im new to all this but im willing to put 110% in to jelqing
First off I would like to ask how do I start off? Whats the best routine to do?
Also... Do I really need supplements and stuff like that? Do I really need devices?
I want to gain mainly in length first before moving to girth.
Anyways, I hope some of you nice people could help me out, im off to do some reading lol.
Thanks

Pod when you JELQ use a ok grip it really doesn't matter if your palm faces up or down thats a choice you can make on your own... Personally I have my palm facing down when I make the OK grip.
You don't need to squeeze your unit really hard as you move your hand up your unit. Just try to make sure you notice blood flowing up and usually I just look at my head to see if it gets bigger from the blood flow. BTW if you want to gain LENGTH then you should look to stretching. Not that JELQING can't help with length I think that stretching emphasizes length more.
Check out that routine that was linked earlier and don't take supplements until gains start stalling and even then unless one of the chemical guys can convince you I probably still wouldn't take them. Obviously thats a choice you can make and if it helps you mentally or physically then go for it. I have had decent gains and haven't taken any kind of supplements minus the ones I take for working out (body wise) and the vyvanse for ADD. Good luck man, I hope PE will provide results for you like it is for me.
