I have been Jelqing now for One Week, with One-day-on and One-day-off.
My Routine.
Warm-Up
10 Mins with Hot Towel.
Helicopters until feeling loosen.
25 Kegels to the Left.
10 Big circles to the Left.
25 Kegels to the Right.
10 Big Circles to the Right.
25 Kegels Straight on.
Helicopters until feeling loosen.
Exercises
10 Mins of Wet Jelqs.
10 Mins of Wet V Jelqs.
Cool Down
10 Mins Hot Towel.
I have gained an 1/8 in length and 1/8 in girth.
I was wondering if you think I should up it to Two-days-on and One-day-off?
I have been following my PI's and haven't had any negatives. The only PI's I have really noticed are the gains, but not much gains while flaccid.
