I have been Jelqing now for One Week, with One-day-on and One-day-off.
My Routine.
Warm-Up
10 Mins with Hot Towel.
Helicopters until feeling loosen.
25 Kegels to the Left.
10 Big circles to the Left.
25 Kegels to the Right.
10 Big Circles to the Right.
25 Kegels Straight on.
Helicopters until feeling loosen.
Exercises
10 Mins of Wet Jelqs.
10 Mins of Wet V Jelqs.
Cool Down
10 Mins Hot Towel.
I have gained an 1/8 in length and 1/8 in girth.
I was wondering if you think I should up it to Two-days-on and One-day-off?
I have been following my PI's and haven't had any negatives. The only PI's I have really noticed are the gains, but not much gains while flaccid.

It's a reasonable schedule either way. You've already proven that your current frequency is working, but you're certainly welcome to try 2:1.

Thats the great thing about PE. You can tailor it to what works best with your body, lifestyle, and time you have available. What you are currently doing is working so you can try to do more but at least you know what to fall back on. Good luck with it.

Thanks. I'm excited and didn't want my emotions to get me into overtraining. Would increasing the frequency (2 days on) or the duration (added session time) show better results? I have a feeling it would be duration.

I would try 2 on 1 off and see if your PI's are still OK.
