So I'm a total begginer, I want to cure premature ejaculation and put some size on my "dick".
I saw someone doing this for grith, is it ok to start with and than slowly move the reps on to 60,70,80,etc..?

After that I would do some edging if its ok? And when to do kegels,reverse kegels?

You would be best to add a bit of a warm up too first, but Ulis might be a bit tough to start off on, maybe leave it a week or two to add them in. I really wouldn't do squeezes either starting off. But then again what would I know :P
