Hi all,
(sorry my english)
So my first big question is related to my involuntary contractions of the penis.
During masturbating, It is VERY hard not to contract repeatedly!
Any touch (specialy in the glans).. any body movement will trigger contraction.
I can relax if I dont touch. If I hold the penis in my hand, I can slowly relax, but any hand movement will cause another contraction... and it pulses a lot!
If I can relax for a few seconds, I start losing erection, so I need to contract to get hard again.
During sex it is impossible to relax...
I feel that if I can relax my penis, I will last longer!
Does anyone have any tips, on how to keep it relaxed ?
I am already doing the exercices... K, RK, etc...

I think you're using the word contraction incorrectly. Aren't contractions what women have when they're going into labor? Correct me if I'm wrong. I think what you're talking about is you are Keggeling uncontrollably. If I was you I would spend some time on the forums and educate yourself before using some lingo you are not familiar with. There are some very knowledgeable members on here who I'm positive will guide you in the right direction.

I am Portuguese, English is NOT my native language, sorry for the incorrections!
In my language the word for "contraction" is generic for any muscle that is being used!
Yes, "Keggeling uncontrollably" is the thing I meant, but not just it, also the muscles of the penis itself "contract"... a lot !!!
I hope someboby can help, the suggestion of jay1983 is very good.

1. You have "involuntary kegels" and this should be fixed first. In pegym terms your pelvic floor is out of balance. You need to do a lot of reverse kegels in order to bring into balance. You can combine reverse kegels with deep breathing to make them more effective. Read https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...se-kegels.html
2. Second thing which you need to do is to counter the "involuntary kegel" with a competing reverse kegel. When you feel an involuntary kegel is about to come, just do a couple of reverse kegels.
I remember when I got started using tight strokes, every strokes used to result in an involuntary kegel and only a couple of strokes were enough to put me on the point of no return. So I adopted a strategy. I would do few reverse kegels after each stroke. The purpose was prolong the edging session. After a week or so practicing this, invluntary kegels were much reduced. It can take few months to completely eliminate the involuntary kegels.
