Hello-
i know it takes a while to get the hang of kegeling, and for a couple of weeks I thought I was doing it right but now I find out I was doing the "reverse kegel" or "anal Breathing" thing you do when balooning,
At first I felt like my kegel was also clnching my ass muscle a little too much to be an accurate focused kegel. Then after a couple weeks of practice I was able to do my streches with a true kegel, one where my butt wasn't being clenched. but it took me a little bit longer before I was able to do my sitting kegels accurately I think i've got the kegel down now, but now I think all the reverse kegeling put undo pressure on my prostate gland and now I have a lot quicker orgasms and I don't shoot, I ooze, which is something new.
Has this happened to anyone???
Am I correct in assuming sprostate pressure is what's doing this or is it something else??
What's with going from a shooter to an oozer almost overnight?
I want this to go away and I'm thinking I will probably not kegel except during my stretches, for at least a week.
Any advice would be helpful...

dude i have problems too . i dont know wheter im doing the right kegel or not . whenever i kegel my ass mucles contract and i feel a slight pressure on the penis . . . is this right? also how is reverse kegel different from normal kegel.

Well from what I understand, determine where your pelvic base muscle is by starting and stopping your pee. Some people clench there butt when they do that too but you can also easily do it without clenching your butt, you just figure out the muscle to hit. Then you need to take that sensation of moving that one muscle, and transfer it to doing the kegel excercise. It deinfitely takes focus. I think the reverse kegel takes account the butt muscle more, which is why it's also called "anal breathing".
Can some one clear the air (no pun intended) about this???? I might not know what I'm talking about. I did, afterall, fuck it up.
Also if you google search the foum for "premature", thier is a whole post where peolpe have this problem, some concluded that you lose stamina before you gain it or something but I'm not so sure. in my first few weeks of PE I was shooting ropes, and the ejac-contractions were powerfull with no stamin problems. now this??Starting stats:

I believe what I am about to say is accurate, but if it is not a vet or two will clear any mistakes up.
A normal kegel requires you to suck your penis inward. Take a finger and place it between your anus and your testicles, apply a little pressure and you will feel a cord. Now suck in your penis like you are trying to draw it into your balls. Do that a few times while moving your finger around to feel the BC muscle that is contracting. Once you find the cord and repeat the kegels, you have the normal kegel down pat.
For a reverse kegel, act like a dumb high school kid who gets off cutting farts. Vision cutting the juiciest one you can, and you have just done a reverse kegel.FL 6.0"/MFG 5.75", BPEL 7.00"/MEG 6.5"

im so not sure what your talking about . but i will just throw in my 50 cents of informations. i asked alot of people if they clench their butt while kegel. everyone happened to say yes . i think standing up and kegeling is easy to do but sitting down and kegelin is quite difficult . has this happened to you ? . also you say "your first few weeks of PE " are you referring to jelqing ? or kegelling? cuz kegelling can no way reduce your ropes and with kegelling ejac contractions are supposed to become even more powerfull ... i have no idea how the connection of the prostrate pressure affecting you resulted in the problems

Yeah I'm always a little confused about how the prostate works into everything but I feel a certain pressure on it, and I thought that pressure on it is what causes one to have a whole array of problems including ejaculatory. But yeah 4th week into a full workout, jelqs, vjelqs [half jp's amount] stretching kegeling). and now I'm putting it down for two days. sucks, I need to really shape it up next week.

erm dude . im pretty sure the jelqs had something to do with your array of problems. not the kegelling . cuz i doubt kegelling can cause any problems. eitherways are you sure your doing the jelqs properly? shape up next week? ... getting some action...

Well I'm pretty sure the jelqs are not the problem. this is my only negative PI. and it just kinda happened, a few days off and we'll see.AS far as getting action... I'm married so action is sometimes frequent sometimes not, at this point it has more to do with putting the dishes away than being the apex of a hot date.
Kinda lame.
Anyway Since we started this conversation yesterday I'm already feeling much better and might do my stretches and only my stretches after work. And yes I'm coming to the conclusion that my kegels are not the issue, even though I did do them wrong for a little while.Starting stats:

i can safely say that kegels isnt going to harm you no matter what you do . trust me all the people i know are doing kegels just the same way you are . also when did you start kegels? since how long now ? did you notice any diff? if so what ? ... i would like to get some feedback if you dont mind .i think maybe you got into the jelqing a bit too much and ... probably all your focus and concentration went into jelqing. anyways i was going to ask you to take a few days off..but since your already doing it its al good. are you following the begginers routine (90 days?) . and did you see the jelq videos?
