THANK YOU JP!!!! I have felt this way since my second month and never wanted to buck the standard and its so refreshing to see a seasoned vet as yourself Steer someone to the bullseye of Exersizing. I really feel 360 degrees forward and reverse is the way to stretch it.

I have contemplated many times about removing the LOT theory from the 90 day routine.
One of the reasons that it has remained, is; Even though the LOT theory is pretty much disregarded now, it still has it's merits and was THE prevailing way to exercise back when 'Bigger' came up with it and back when I wrote the 90 day routine.
Another reason is; That sometimes the LOT theory question is the FIRST post by a new member and will more than likely lead to more posts and questions after the ice is broken.
Thank you Phibbyshammer.

I understand it, and I don't think you should remove it. I just feel that a well rounded stretching routine is applicable for everyone in spite of LOT and I see so many get confused and tied up on LOT rather than just getting on with some good stretching.

But PH, that's exactly the reason JP should remove it. Guys are confused and tied up about a subject that doesn't matter. JP's 90-day routine is great but the LOT theory isn't what makes it great. I invite you to count the number of newbies who post a LOT question between now and Christmas! And to what end? So that you and I can reassure them they don't need to worry about whether they have tug in every direction when they stretch?
