    Hey guys,

    I have finally decided to commit myself to PE. I just finished my first session, following the JP90 routine. I'm planning on doing the typical 5 days on, 2 days off every week. I don't really have much privacy, however, so I'm planning on doing my routines in the shower. While I actually shower and wash, I wrap my penis with another tower to let the hot water collect and warm it up. I figure if I'm in the shower, I'll stay warm throughout so I don't think it will be too much of a problem. I do all the stretches (kegels, circles, helicopters), then the 3x50 where each rep consists of both hands, lasting about 4-6 seconds) OKs and the 3x30 Vs (are these helpful? They seem very awkward) and then finish with a warm down while I soak in the shower. Seems like I'll be taking some damn long showers (~30 minutes at least).

    Throughout the day, I'll be doing what I can do add onto my routine. Probably some kegels and edging/ballooning when I can squeeze it in.

    Any tips for my routine? Any supplements?

    I don't have any advice for your routine, though you might get tired of doing EVERYTHING in the shower. Plus, that is a lot of water usage, you might draw more attention to your time in the bathroom because of the length of your showers than you would if you just went in and did what you needed to do. Just a thought, though. Either way, welcome to the gym and good luck with everything!

    I prefer the bathroom but yeah you sucking up a lot of water there, bro. Good to hear you are making a clever start but doing the beginner's routine first. Wise move. I expect you to have healthy gains in the future without injury.

    Thanks guys. I'm at uni so the water usage isn't much of a personal issue. Over the past 4 sessions I've already experienced a notable increase in flaccid hang/girth and it feels nice to have my dong looking fat all day. The shower is getting pretty tiring but I can't find any other solutions. I've changed my routine simply to warm up/stretch/timed OK jelqs/stretch/warm down. Also I've changed my grip so that it's more comfortable and focuses on putting pressure along the sides of the shaft and not so much the top. Anyway, based on my experience these past few days I'm feeling quite positive about my future in PE
