Thread: Bad routine for a begginer :/

hello guys i ve started PE about 2 months ago and started with this routine
7-warm up
10 minutes stretching
20 minutes jelqing (only normal straight out or strait upwards because of erection angle)
3-5 ULI’s (30sexonds) (added after 1 month)
15 minutes Bathmate
(kegels whenever)
My thought is that may be too much for a begginer.. i ve not noticed any clear good or bad PI's i could only say that sometimes when flaccid it hangs longer
should i remove some of the excersises? or complete 3 months and chek then? i m confused and a little bit late i suppose :/start - 11/1/13|11/10/13

Looks pretty good but ulis are an advanced exercise. If you have done them for 2 months without any issues I would guess you are ok by now so just keep track of your PIs and stay safe.

another point of my question is that this routine may be not bad but is it the best? i suppose you havent the answer casuse in pe you have to find out the best by testing and improving errors ! its a damn science

I'm a complete new but have been reading about his stuff for a long time...personally I think you need to increase your warm up to 10 mins minimum...I have a bath and just read a book for that time, come out nice and loose. I don't know much about the Bathgate but friends have said they look huge in it....but this is due to your pecker being magnified by the water when in the casing...just my 2 cents but warm up is essential in anything that you do

Why not just follow the JP90 and use your bathmate as the warmdown?
Regardless of what you do, ditch the ULIs!
