Hello everyone, I first looked into all this stuff just recently, though I had heard of jelqing before. I did my first routine on Wednesday, which I learned specifically from this guy "Cristian", who gives an introduction in three five minute videos, at Cristian : Weblog .
I did this routine for the first time on Wednesday. It basically consists in 40 jelqs, 20 shakes, and 10 stretches, where he advises you to pull your flaccid penis while performing the "kegel" motion.
Actually I have been a little bit sore since Wednesday, especially yesterday evening, the first day after I did it. It's not a sharp pain and I didn't feel any pain when I was actually doing the exercise. It feels like a little bit of an ache that will sort of throb (come and go every thirty seconds or so) in the penis. I have also felt a little bit of tiredness in the kegel muscle and a little bit of discomfort in the urethra. It hasn't been anything severe and it seems to be diminishing normally. I admit it was a little bit weird because I haven't ever experienced this kind of soreness sensation on the penis before, although I admit it seems to be really similar to how I feel when I work out. For example, when I work out in the gym, I don't feel sore at all until the next day, and then I feel pretty sore, and then it totally diminshes over 2-3 days. If anybody looks at this post and is thinking about starting out, I would just advise going really light because I did very little and yet I still got a noticeable soreness.
I figure I will give PE another try in about a week after all the discomfort has diminished. I've still been getting morning wood and I don't even really feel any soreness during the day, just at night before I go to bed. I think the stretches were just a little bit too intense for a beginner like me.
I was just wondering if you guys would comment on this initial soreness, and also, I would be interested in hearing your review of these videos that I learned from. Is it normal to include a kegel exercise when you do your stretch? It seems I haven't seen these instructions on other websites.

G-money-10, welcome to the PE Gym.
Cristian, doesn't sound very knowledgeable about the true theory behind PE.
He seems like a very helpful guy that has kinda discovered this and wants to share his limited knowledge with others. Being sore after only doing the exercises once, is not a great introduction into Penis Enlargement. My suggestion is:
Stay here at the PE Gym, read and learn everything you can and start on one of the fine beginner routines that this site has to offer. Our routines are designed to PREVENT injury and
correctly lead you to a longer, fatter penis. Good Luck. Let us know what you decide.

amm.... i didn't understand somethin'...
i have to do it by 6 days and take 7 days to rest???

That's for cristian blog? Ah have you taken your rest day? I guess he forgot to mention that your a newbie and your penis was not ready for a full solid 6 on 1 routine, I even think that no vets would advise a 6on1 routine.. I'm not saying his wrong but I guess 5 on 2 was more beneficial though we are condition. First try 1 on 1 on you first two weeks and 2 on one till your second month.
