Quick Question about the warming up procedure. For the uncut guys like me, do you recommend applying the rice-sock over the penis after pulling back the foreskin? This makes sense to me; else the foreskin will prevent the heat from reaching the shaft skin. Also, if one (say, me) has say three layers of Tunica (I seem to fall in this, based on BPFSL/BPEL/EQ metrics according to the TGC theory, and consistently with a low LOT from Bib's Lot Theory) then do you recommend me heating my unit for 30 minutes before starting exercises and about that long while ending it?

Rofl, so in my quest to warmup my unit for performing exercises, I think I heated my unit quite a bit up (20 mins of wet-heat 2x a day) by taking a towel and wrapping it around my unit and showering for twenty minutes, twice a day. I might have lost some sensation on my unit because of this...anybody have any similar experience? Id like to hear what happened to them?
Thanks

Though the hotter the better for exersizing, you dont want to burn it. Just as sunburn can affect your skin so can applying heat manually. Many hot wraps throughout the day should not be a problem just don't cook it. Many of us seem to have a higher tolerance for heat than others so be careful that you don't get it over 115 degrees F, but by all means keep Heating up but try lowering the temperature a bit.Dr. PhibbysHammer has not got 3 degrees from HARVARD, YALE and PRINCETON and is in no way LICENSED TO PRACTICE MEDICINE or PSYCHOLOGY. https://www.pegym.com/forums/success...hacts-phi.html
