I'm currently doing the JP90 routine but I've slightly modified it for my preferences. Any suggestions/comments would be appreciated.

  • Warm-up in shower + hot cloth (5-10 minutes)
  • Stretching: JP90 (2-3 minutes)
  • Wet jelqs: 5x15 with varying grip strength (10 minutes)
  • Stretching (2-3 minutes)
  • Warm-down in shower (5 minutes)

Times are just rough estimates but each session takes around 35-40 minutes. I don't go too heavy on the warm-up since I do it in the shower and it pretty much just radiates heat. Throughout the day, I also do around 100 kegels or so.

Also, I'm focusing primarily on length right now. I'm not too concerned with girth yet and my EQ is through the roof. As such, I try to do these exercises with a low erection level (50% or less).
