    Well, I have been in the PE game for 3 months as of yesterday. My starting stats were 4.25" FL, 6.5" NBPEL (I have almost no fat pad) and 4.8" EG. I started off with the newbie routine and have been slowly increasing the amount of jelqs and stretches. For stretches, I now do 3 sets of 30 seconds in all directions. And for jelqing I'm up to 320 strokes. (2-4 seconds each) My routine is a 3 day on 1 day off cycle, in which I am very consistent, give or take a couple of days. Ohh yea.I also use a rice sock for 10-15 minutes before and after each workout.

    As I stated earlier, yesterday was the 3 month mark. And I could not wait to get out the ruler and tape measure to see my progress. But, to my dismay there was little. My Flaccid length was now 4.5" and my EG was now 5.2" , but my EL was the same. Now, I understand that gains are going to come slow, and I'm in this for the long haul. But to be completely honest, not seeing any EL increase after 3 months of consistent PE was a little depressing. On the other hand, I am very happy to see that my girth has increased, and believe that it is due to my ever increasing jelq technique. During my jelq sessions my penis looks AMAZING, it's big, plump, and glistens in the light. (I use Vaseline) Sometime I actually get lost in it's beauty.

    Now that I've given you a little background, lets get to the title. The Quest for length! I want to make my penis longer, plain and simple. Well.actually that's the problem, it's not that simple. My erect length just doesn't want to grow. When I stretch I start slow and gradually increase the tension, until I feel a real good stretch. But, like I said it just doesn't want to grow. Too even see a 1/8 or 1/16 of an inch growth would be a godsend at this point.

    I guess what I'm looking for is a little advice. I've been lurking around here for quite some time now, and I'm starting to think that hanging might be the way to go. Although, I am a little cautious as I don't want to injure or discolour my penis. But, from what I read it seems to give people good length gains if done correctly. I'm really just not sure if I should jump into hanging yet. Should I do manual stretches for a while longer and wait to see if they produce results? Well, any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    It's discouraging to hear that you have not gained SK. Keep it up man!!! 6-9 months with no gains is when I think I would start to reconsider what type of time commitment I would put forth. Although sounds like your in it to win it which is a great attitude!

    I'm a newbie in same boat your in, not that I haven't gained as its too early to tell, but I'm on a quest for length.
    I'm one month in and I'm already going to be changing up my routine, as in I realize I might be jelqing at too high an erection level, which fares well for girth and conditioning but not so much for length (or so I've been told).

    Are you counting 1 hand up the shaft as 1 stroke, or do you mean one hand then the other as one stroke (what many refer to as a "rep"). Cause if 320 means 320 motions of the left then the right hands, then that might be waaaay to many jelqs.

    Some encouragement, the ladies like girth.

    From the technical side, fill in the formula below and look at before and after total cubic inch volume. Then divide after by before and results will be % increase. Girth growth is exponentially when compared to length growth. Many guy's on the board would love to have more girth increase.

    Formula for cubic inches (L*G*G)/(4*3.14).

    % increase formula (After/before) = increase %.

    Mattyluv, too answer your question durring jelqing I count one hand motion up the shaft as one stroke.

    eompow, I agree with you that the ladies like girth. And that statistically speaking, the more girth you have the larger your penis trully is. I am happy that I have gained in that department as I trully believe that any gain is a good gain. In fact, I had some morning wood the other day and when I rolled out of bed I grabed my dick, and it just felt different. It felt bigger! Thats the type of thing that gives me the encouragement to keep going. But, like I said in my first post I want to focus on Length. From what I read, people say that the more girth you have, the harder it is to gain length. so, I believe that length should be my primary focus at this point.


    Id like to know if anyone has experience with the BIB hanger? I looked at BIB's website and it looks great, its a little expensive but, i guess if your going to hang weights off your shlong you might as well get the best, right? plus...I dont think I trust myself to make my own, although, it could be a fun project.

    Nice girth! Impressive, and yes, the ladies are focused more on girth. From ready your post, it sounds like you perform the jelq well. Keep that up.

    For penis length, try fulcrum A-Stretching, fake arm stretching. Take a PVC pipe and perform an A-Stretch with it. Place the pipe on your thighs, while sitting, wrap your dick over it, and stretch your penis down and out. I do variations such as wrap my dick over it and stretch down. It really targets the tunica and I've experience some girth with it also. I hold the stretch for 2 minutes to start, starting with a moderately low tension, then ever 30 seconds or so, increasing the tension even more. I'm not sure exactly what your stretching routine is, but make sure you stretch up wards also. Work that tunica. Your tunica is two fold. Outside, which I believe is what increases in length, and the inner part is what expands. Be careful. Don't overdo it, and warm up plenty.

    hmmm....PVC pipe, huh. It sounds alot like the assisted A-stretch I read about over a Thunder's. I like the sound of it! It makes sense. If you don't mind me asking, what type of gains have you made using this technique? (numericaly speaking)

    I can wrap my flaccid around my wrist doing "A" stretch. But you want length to come forth. Warm up 20 m inutes before doing "A" stretch.

    Longer warm ups extend this to 20 minutes. Dick hates tension. Tension makes dick mad. Dick won't grow when dick is mad!. So, take the momentum out if the stretching. Only stretch as much as your dick can take before pan sets in. Hold it in that position for one minute release repeat 4 or five times.

    Jelq with a lower erection level for length gains. try to keep it around 40-50%. If you manage to get above 50% re-warm your dick up again with a hot rice sock until your pennis subsides back to 40-50%

    Warm down or cool down.

    Yes, it is the Assisted A-Stretch. I can wrap my penis around my forearm, but I feel a better stretch, and more able to target different areas of my penis with the pvc pipe. I use a skinny and a thick pipe.

    I incorporated the pipe in my stretching routine on May 26th, on a 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule. After measuring on July 23th, I went from 7.1" to 7.7" So, about .6" which is outstanding for my penis. Flaccid, another story. I don't measure my length or girth in it's limp state. But, it does hang a heck of a lot lower!

    Warm ups are important. I warm up 7-10 minutes, 2-3 minutes after every 2 stretching exercises since it takes me about 3 -5 minutes now for one rep.

    Your penis, along with the rest of your body, does not like tension. Tension forces the penis to grown to accommodate to the added stress, from what I've read anyway. It makes sense with my penis, as it has grown from this.

    This does take time, patience, and care. I've personally gained from this.

    Kingpole- Thanks for the advice, I wasnt expecting to get a PE celebritys opinion on this! I am trully honored! I have read hundreds if not thousands of your threads and post and believe you have made the PE world a much better place. I will take your advice and try to jelq at a lower erection level (40-50%).


    SiMa- Congrats on your outstanding gains! Over half an inch in 2 months is amazing! I am very jealous! After reading your last post I was convienced that this was something that needed to be incorperated into my routine. I went out and bought a 1.5" by 1.5" pvc pipe. I also have a smaller pipe but im worried that it might place to much pressure on a single point of the penis. Thank you for the advice, and keep me updated on your progress!

    ShlongKong, any updates on the stretching routine? How's everything going? Also, what is circumference of your pvc pipes? Length? I love these pvc pipes!
