    Me too. This can also happen after walking around a lot for me but it is true after a workout. Not my favorite time to take a shower at the gym. ;-)

    Yes I usually have a 6" flacid, but not in the locker room after training and not after swimming.

    Yea after I workout my dick is usually like that. It's not a great feeling, especially with the locker room showcase and all. However, it's just because your body has concentrated blood flow elsewhere, like your muscles. Happens, oh well, guess we gotta live with it.

    Yeah, I experienced that when I overtrained, the extra hard tiny flaccid state. But now my flaccid state feels more like a soft jello.

    I took like four days off when I overtrained. I am not going to overtrain ever again. Now my penis is back to normal with warmness, more expanded flaccid state, stronger erections, and pinkish color.

    Warning Signs: Overtraining

    Think you might have overtrained? You may be in this state and not even be aware of it. Lately there have been some newbies posting about concerns about overtraining. It seems to happen most often near the beginning of a PE program. Even if you're following JP's newbie routine, or even less-intense workouts, it is still possible to overtrain, especially if you masturbate/edge a lot in general. I don't edge or masturbate on days of PE, and I try to coordinate my sex nights on off days, though sex in my opinion is not as strenuous on the penis.

    Warning signs you may have overtrained:

    - problems getting and maintaining an erection.
    - problems urinating.
    - any internal pain and or sever discomfort.
    - external soreness and redness - i.e. not right after the workout or on and off day.

    Please feel free to add to this list if you have other signs, I know it may appear minimal.

    Also, if your mind is too preoccupied with PE, you may also do some damage do your sexual ego. When you're thinking about it all day long, you're just going to stress out. Don't be the guy that feels the urge to get an erection midday to see if he has any gains, no matter how early on in the program. I always strive for the ideal post work out routine of simply zipping up and getting on with my day (perhaps after some modest self admiration, ) I find that I feel the best when my penile activities are workout to workout with minimal activity in between. Yes edging can give you a boost - if you use it effectively and don't overdo it. Using it as an excuse to watch porn for 2-3 hours a day is not a valid motive. Too much edging can lead you down the road to over-training, (because it's just so tempting!) It's not complicated, it just takes some discipline. Know that PE is long term, you shouldn't feel a need to speed the process, at least not early on. Peace brothers.
