hey i am trying to do the 90 day programmer but dont understand what a kegal is or hw do do it i read the home page on it but as it has no pics or a good explanation does any one have a link for a step by step guide or a good explanation , and how do u do v jelgs??? as well
any help would be good

Hello and welcome to the forum.
The 90 day program has many purposes and one is to work though difficulties and get comfortable with the In's and outs of PE. A Kegel is the contraction of the muscle on the pelvic floor. The very same muscles that are used to stop urine flow. One of the daily technique I use is to stop and start urine (when using the restroom) 3 to 5 time to find and strengthen these muscles. This is just one technique of many to improve that muscle group.
Reading between the lines it sounds like you do not have the PE book listed on this sight. It will help answer many detailed concerns that you may have.
As far a v -j's they are a more advanced program usually added after the 90 entry program. The book suggested above show that exercise.

that was pertty no help at all what i need is HOW TO KEGAL as in what do i physically do to kegal.
and if v j's are advanced y r they in the 90 day programme??????????
so is there no source out there of step by step of kegals and v j's

the "kegel" muscle is the one that u use to stop the flow of urine when you are peeing...also, you can pull your cock straight out and in order to pull it back in...its that muscle!
v jelqs arent too advanced I wouldnt think.
i do 90 v-jelqs per session...and every other day i do about 150 3-5 second kegelsStart 6/1/09

You're a newbie, someone takes the time to try to answer some of your questions (agreed his post was a little heavy), but still you're response was to knock his reply. I think I would be a little careful about that kind of thing.

yeh agreed i was a little rude i am just frustrated as it says do 25 kegals but what exactly am i ding i nderstnd what a kegal is as it has been said it stops the flow of urine when u piss but how do i do 1?????????????????

Can you try this ? try to lift your unit up without using hands or any help, here you stretch a muscle and this is one rep of kegel. hope this helps.
VJ- keep your hand as if you are gonna punch some one, lift middle finger and the one next to thumb straight up make like a elbow bend of those fingers, similarly other hand also, now you are ready to VJ, lift your unit SU, grip your unit at the base and start milking out slowly and you will get used to it.

Here's the link to a video on V-jelqs. Personally it is one of my favorites. While I am still very new, I attribute my early girth gain to this exercise mostly.
