so when i kegel i cant hold it, it just releases, like i tried and tried but nothing, i have been trying for a long time and nothing, is that normal, also can this be relevant to my not being able hold 100% bloodflow in my penis, like it rushes in and then comes back out, this all happened b4 any penile excersises, like i can get stiff but not OMG hard, should i consult a physician

Are you sure that you have found your pc muscle? You can be feeling right next to it and not feel the contraction when kegeling.

This might indicate a weak pc muscle, which could be cured by exercise. But it could be a medical problem, so it is worth checking.
I know this is hard to talk about, but this is the place for it.

When I started kegeling, it was the same for me - couldn't hold the flex. Remek or Big Al or someone notes this is common among newbies; you can only do one-second kegels. So do a bunch of rapid fire kegels and gradually you'll discover you can hold the flex for a longer time. By the time I finished my 90-day routine, I could hold a kegel for as long as I wanted.
