Introduction:
A few weeks ago I stumbled upon an amazing "inner penis" stretch. This stretch is different from any other stretch that I have tried. I literally feel the base of this stretch in my perineum (the area between the anus and the scrotum, where the base of the penis starts).
I don't know how this stretch will react for you guys, but for me it is very intense. I feel very "fatigued" down in my inner penis for quite a few minutes after I do this stretch. Needless to say, this stretch is not for the beginners.
To do this stretch, you will need:
Two hands,
your penis,
and your testicles.
The Stretch, step-by-step
1) Take your right hand and grasp your penis and your balls in an OK-grip at the base. They should both be in the grip. Note: this will only work if your scrotum is in a "flaccid" state. What I mean by this is that if your testicles are "puffy," then you probably won't get a good grip on them.
2) This step may get a little tricky, so pay close attention. Using the same hand (your right hand,) push the hand inwards, towards the perineum, and pull up. This will put the stress inwards and upwards.
Again, you are pushing inwards while pulling upwards. This stretch won't work as well if you don't get this part right.
3) While holding the sress that you acquired from steps 1 and 2, take your left hand and grab your flaccid penis. Stretch upwards.
Recap:
Now, this is what you have:
Your right hand with an OK grip at the base of your penis and testicles. This grip is pushing inwards with the pinky-side of your hand, while pulling upwards at the same time.
Your left hand pulling your penis upwards. All of this is happenining simulatenously.
Hold this stretch for 30 seconds. Move in time accordingly. Again, this stretch is not for beginners.
Conclusion:
I don't know how effective this stretch will be for all of you, but it feels amazingly intense for me. I get a good work-out after 1-4 sets (30-120 seconds).
