    Introduction:
    A few weeks ago I stumbled upon an amazing "inner penis" stretch. This stretch is different from any other stretch that I have tried. I literally feel the base of this stretch in my perineum (the area between the anus and the scrotum, where the base of the penis starts).

    I don't know how this stretch will react for you guys, but for me it is very intense. I feel very "fatigued" down in my inner penis for quite a few minutes after I do this stretch. Needless to say, this stretch is not for the beginners.

    To do this stretch, you will need:
    Two hands,
    your penis,
    and your testicles.


    The Stretch, step-by-step

    1) Take your right hand and grasp your penis and your balls in an OK-grip at the base. They should both be in the grip. Note: this will only work if your scrotum is in a "flaccid" state. What I mean by this is that if your testicles are "puffy," then you probably won't get a good grip on them.

    2) This step may get a little tricky, so pay close attention. Using the same hand (your right hand,) push the hand inwards, towards the perineum, and pull up. This will put the stress inwards and upwards.

    Again, you are pushing inwards while pulling upwards. This stretch won't work as well if you don't get this part right.

    3) While holding the sress that you acquired from steps 1 and 2, take your left hand and grab your flaccid penis. Stretch upwards.


    Recap:
    Now, this is what you have:
    Your right hand with an OK grip at the base of your penis and testicles. This grip is pushing inwards with the pinky-side of your hand, while pulling upwards at the same time.

    Your left hand pulling your penis upwards. All of this is happenining simulatenously.

    Hold this stretch for 30 seconds. Move in time accordingly. Again, this stretch is not for beginners.

    Conclusion:

    I don't know how effective this stretch will be for all of you, but it feels amazingly intense for me. I get a good work-out after 1-4 sets (30-120 seconds).

    If you have any questions, please ask. This exercise is hard to describe, so I am sure there might be a few holes I didn't mention.

    Hey remek,

    I like the whole concept of this exercise. I think that this will work better then what I have been doing. With the Jelq sticks is ok, but what I need is the feeling of fatigue which I'm not getting.

    Its not that I am getting bored with my routine, I like to try different ways of doing things, and I think that it helps all way around in your goals to gain more.

    I'm working my way through it, I still have to let you know how it works out. So you hold the stretch for 30-120 seconds right and do 1-4 stretching sets.

    That is what I do. I'd hate to say this, but you will probably need more than me. Since you work-out 6 hours a day, your dick (and the inner part of your dick) are probably very conditioned.

    Imagine us at a real gym, on the bench press. I hope on and max out at 300 lbs. You, however, max out at 500 lbs. Your a gym rat, youre there everyday 6 hours a day .... Thus, you will surely need a lot more weight to reach your limit than I will. The same applies here. I've never PEed near 6 hours a day, so I can guess that your max is much higher than mine.

    Try holding the stretch for a longer period of time. I guarntee, once you get it, you will feel an intense stretch. Like I said, I have never felt fatigue like this before. This isn't hype, its the truth. How long do you hold your jelq stick stretch for?

    You asked about the length of time I use the Jelq stick stretches. I do 6 sets at 2.00 minutes each 2.00 minutes up, 2.00 minutes down, 2.00 minutes between the cheeks.

    Just today I started something new with my hanging and you gave me the idea for this. This really stretches the perineum all the way to the anus, this also includes kegeling. I did 2 sets for 90 seconds and I really stressed the perineum.

    This I don't think this can be done anyone that isn't in conditioned for this exercise. This is the first time I tryed this exercise. I really felt good after the exercise. Remek, I have cut back on some of my routine, trying to set up a new advanced routine. Thanks for the idea.

    Good to hear it Dust. You say you are cutting back on your routine? You might want to take a deconditioning break first. I suggest at least two weeks. Give your smooth muscle some time to rest.

    By the way I got a hold of Monty today about the PE weights and I asked about how many I need I am asking for 2 wedges 1.1/2 " inside dia. and 1 end ring 1.1/2 inside dia.with a sheath.
