Sorry if this is the wrong section but I'm not sure where else to post this...how bad are these with 1 being none and 10 being the worst case in the world.

I'm not a urologist so I can't really place yours on a scale of one to ten, the only thing I have to compare yours to are mine and I'd say I have more and more prominent ones than you do. Do I like mine? No. Would I like to get rid of them? Sure. Do I care about it that much? Not really. Doesn't seem like it's worth worrying about.

pearly penile papules is something I would be more worried about, I have about 3-4 of those bumps, really small under the back of the glans. If I get anymore of them, I'll go to the doctor.

I think it's really only a small percentage of men who don't have any. I have had them since I can remember, and they're not harmful or anything like that, even if they could be seen as slightly unattractive. Don't worry about it!
