k so I follow some of the jp 90 routine steps.. I do the whole warm up thing, get the muscles loose. I stretch in all direction, stretch left then do 25 kegels, stretch down do 25 kegels.. etc.. in all direction.. then what my actual routine is, is I do 30 jelqs in 30secs or I read someone say both hands count as one jelq so I do 15 jelqs in 30secs.. so for 15mins. I start with a rotation of straight out, left, down, right, and straight out again each for 30secs for 15mins. all together i do 120 straight out, left 105, down 105, right 105.. i did both hands count as 1 jelq... from calculated my routine for the first time it seems a lot.. would like feed back to possibly improve my routine or keep going with it.. measured my penis and i know i grew, but very tiny and that's progress........... also what happens if u have a setback, say it was time to do PE but masturbated instead?
