Hi people,
I started and did the JP90 routine for 4 months and noticed gains of 6 to 6.5 inch length and 5 to 5.5 circumference.
After these gains (which ive read could be newbie gains) my gains haven't progressed after another 4 months of the routine.
Is there any advice what i should do now?

What's your current number of reps in jelqs and stretch (give hold duration for the stretch as well)?
What do you do precisely?
