I am soo glad i have found PE, have been reading everything for the past couple of months while also doing the routine..
I had started the Remek's beginner routine for 3 months but then i stopped mid-september 2012 due to university but i did not leave the PEGYM forumim glad i had stayed and done so much reading to keep me interested in this!!!
I am officially on my way to get size gains as aswel get rid of my Premature Ejaculation so indeed alot of reading for me to do!!!
unfortunately i did not measure but my NBPEL was around 6" but no idea what my BPEL or EG was. But i will be measure next monday to see where i am at
at this moment.
I Have Officially started PE in 28th january 2013
The routine has been kept simple using Remek's beginner routine:
week 1 to 2:
5 min warm up
5 min stretching 30 sec each direction for 2 sets
25L + 25R jelqs (3secs)
week 3 to 6:
5 min warm up
5 min stretching 2 sets of 30 secs
30L + 30R jelqs (3secs)
week 7 to 9:
Took week 8 off to rest!!
5 min warm up
5 min stretching 2 sets of 30 secs
35L + 35R jelqs (3secs)
Routine from week 10:
5 min warm up
7 1/2 min stretchin (3 sets of 30 secs)
100 jelqs - 50L + 50R (3 secs)
During the past weeks, i have been noticing involuntary kegals while doing edging which im trying to get rid of.
I was wondering if it is okay to edge everyday for 20 minutes?
opinions would be appreciated.
As i do my routine in the shower and do not have a lot of privacy, i cannot continue so looking for another way to do the routine as family as getting slightly suspicious. Not good when the routine takes 20 long minutes!!
any recommendations.. let me know

You can do the stretching part of your routine in bed, starting lightly and slowly increasing intensity (for stretching it is better to do long holds of low intensity, high intensity is not recommended).
And yes you can edge for 20 minutes, if you plan to do it everyday watch out for your PI's to make sure you're not overtraining.

Thank you for the reply, so i could like do 5/10 min warm up and go straight to jelqs in the shower and then do the stretches afterwards?
currently i do 30 seconds in all 5 directions medium intensity and do left and right helicoper circles after each set. would that be fine for now?
And for edging i was looking at Minuteman's 3 day ( https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...y-routine.html )
and yes i am keeping my eyes on the PI's

Yep, it's better to have a great 10 minutes warm up before jelqing, you can skip for stretches but just start lighter and then increase a bit the intensity.

I forgot a word in my sentence, I meant you can skip the warm up for stretches, so that you do 10 minutes warm up, jelqs, and at an other time in the day, you do the stretching part of your routine, starting with really low intensity stretches and gradually increasing the pull.

That is what I am doing at the moment: 10 mins warm up, and then 5 mins jelqing (100jelqs) and then later do the stretches. For the stretches, im going to do light 30 sec holds.
Yes i do take an extra day every few weeks or whenever it feels. I think less is better at first.

All seems to be going in the right direction, also for a jelq should, in my opinion last at elast five seconds, which means a hundred jelqs would take about 7 minutes 30.
One day rest every few weeks is not a lot, watch out when you increase the duration and intensity of your jelq sessions , you'll need more rest days.

Thank you for your support. and the jelqs are normally around 3-5 seconds as it varies. and Jelqs do normally take over 5 minutes or so.
Yeh im fine with that as i have always had extra day off here and there.
