I would like to know what is so advanced about uli's/squeezes, it seems to me that it is a kind of jelq in which i focus on just one point(Or two) and not the whole shaft(as in jelqs). Would it be really dangerous for a beginner, even if i don't put too much pressure?
Also, can i do kegels while squeezing or doing uli's?
