  • New member, new routine.

    Hi everyone, I started my routine 4 days ago, wich is:

    10-15 minutes warming up
    6 minutes streching
    10 minutes wet jelquing.
    Has anyone anything to add that could help me?
    and, i thought, what if i do the exercises of streching after 15 minutes of warming up, but still warming up with a sock while doing them? is it better or worst?

    Heating up during workout is a good idea.
