Much appreciated I'll keep that in mind.....I had another question about JP 90 do you do the full 150 jelqs and 90 V jelqs right from the start or slowly work your way up to that many reps? it seems like alot at the beginning because I've heard only ten mins of jelqing was best to start out with and I'm still a little confused

I started with that and added 50 jelqs a week and 30 v jelqs a week.
you'll be fine. If you feel uncomfortable, loosen the grip until you are ready
