    I have been extending for about a month and a half almost 2months now and plan on measuring in the next month. So i ONLY JUST made a RICE SOCK 3minutes ago and warmed up with it for 20 minutes though the past month and a half have had a really crap warm up just by stretching my penis out left right and down a couple times not really warming it up do you think that will have any effects on my potential gains/ measurement on the 3month mark?

    You need to be warming up with heat for at least 5 minutes before extending or stretching 10 minutes is better.
    The point of warming up before is to make your ligaments warm and more flexible.
    Think of it like a rubber band, a cold rubber band will stiffen and not stretch, but a warm rubber band will stretch further than normal.
    Same thing goes for your ligaments. In fact, if you get a good warm up in before extending or stretching you may notice that you can
    stretch your flaccid longer than an erect length. It will not only loosen up ligs to get a better stretch and better results, but it will also
    decrease chance of injury.

    So I understand that the warm is very important and that it allows you to stretch further than you EL but is that too far of a stretch while exercising? I know in the beginning less is more so should you stretch that far at first, or slowly work your way up to stretching past your EL at the start?

    The term less is more refers to your routine. Beginners should have a low intensity routine for the first 3 months at least. This means no intense workouts like the bundled stretch... stick to the basics and keep a low reps for the first couple of weeks. Search JP's 90 day routine it's a very good beginners program. As far as stretching goes, I'd say as long as your feeling a good stretch and it's not uncomfortable or painful then feel free to stretch as far as you can, just know your limits, if it feels uncomfortable or painful you need to go a little easier on it. Don't be to hasty and get an injury. I hope this helped.

    Also alot of times your stretch easily surpasses your EL even in the beginning.

    The bundled stretch is like a common stretch where you use the OK sign with your index finger and your thumb.
    You wanna twist your penis either clockwise or counter clockwise you wanna alternate. Do not twist alot to begin with.
    start with a 90 degree twist and work your way up through months. It works the Tunica.
    You don't need to start bundled stretches until at least a year in to PE. It is a very advanced technique and can lead to injury or stunt of growth if you are not conditioned enough to start.
