    will it work for anyone(jp90)
    I want to start with jp90 but not to do the stretch,will it work without it?

    And also take a look at this: Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Penis Growth!.

    Well, yes you can do the JP90 without the stretches, but why would you not do them?
    First of all, they add to the overall conditioning of the penis! Secondly, most if my length gains were probably made through stretching, since I jelq in the upper erection range.

    So I would highly recommend you to do the stretches.

    +1 Most of my husband's gains were from the stretches and they really help with conditioning your unit.

    Look if you are nervous about stretching then just take it slow in the beginning and learn how to jelq and do it properly. There is no rush. If you feel as time goes by that you feel comfortable with doing some stretching then that's fine. This is a long term thing so starting off slow really won't sent you back.
