I need help??? Is this normal.

Hi all,
After a while of PE'ing and moulding (see ~.25 in a week thread) I have got a small bit of raised skin around the base of by penis about 1mm or lss. Is this normal?

I have that also . Mine sticks out about an 1/8 inch and is about 3/4 of an inch wide and circles my base

So is it normal i mean i dont mind it 2 much actually it loks kind of cool. Does it increase girth?

That is a vein when i started growing from Pe i wondered what it was. Now it is about an inch and a half up the shaft instead of being right at the base,

I think everyone who's been doing PE experiences that - a migration of the fat pad as your dick gets longer.
