    I just did my first ever PE workout from the JP90 routine. My questions are

    1. When you warm up, it said "warm the entire groin area" so your penis of course but do you also warm your inner thighs beside your balls especially?

    2. Should there be any pain or discomfort afterwards if I warmed up/ cooled down properly?

    3. Should I wait any amount of time afterwards to masturbate/have sex?

    4. Should I kegal too? How much? How often?

    5. Do you guys prefer to do these exercises standing or laying down?

    Thanks in advance guys, keep in mind I'm a complete noob still.

    1. No dont wam your balls.
    2. Sometimes you might feel a little sore which is normal, but not any excruciating pain.
    3. That is presonal preference. It has no long-term effects on gains.
    4. You could start with 25 kegels every other day.Increase them maybe by 5 every week.
    5. I prefer standing but If i have watching tv I will sit. it doesn't matter either what every feel comfortable and makes you complete your routine.
