Hi I am trying to decide which one to go into for a beginner which I am. I was wondering which one of these routines is better to start off with:
JP90
OR
15 Minutes for Warm-up
1 Set of 4-Way Flaccid bends (10 seconds each)
20 JAI Stretches
1 Set of 5-Way LOT stretches (30 second stretches)
10 Circle stretches both left and right (20 total- 10 seconds each)
10 Minutes of Wet Jelqing (OK grip - 5 second strokes)
30 Minutes of edging [with absolutely NO porn]
5 Minutes for Cool-down
kegel 100-150 times every other day (1-2 second hold)
2 days on 1 day off
(Taken from PESG's beginner workout routine)

As a mod here and a PE'er , I use JP's myself .
However , why don't you consider mixing them both !
The variety couldn't hurt .
