Why did you continue to after your max gains were met?
Nope. I quit around the same time that had happened to me. Another reason why I did is because when I was playing hookie from school one day, I had a panic attack and ended up calling the ambulance on myself.... Yeah, it's not for me. 100% sober from anything ever since.Last edited by tabqwerty; 08-19-2009 at 08:45 AM.

So the gains are PERMANENT ? Someone who know, who have experience say YES or NO
- 08-19-2009 #35
Correct. I had to go on probation for awhile and attend three "drug classes" that were genuinely a waste of anyone's time who already learned what they had to teach while in elementary school. I guess it was considered a misdemeanor because I turned myself in, even though I was charged with paraphernalia and possession.
It was funny when I got to the ER and a female black nurse commented on what happened to me, "You were just smoking weed?! Honey, you got the wrong stuff then."
She's awesome.
Yes. Someone, please.

The gains are permanent, but you have to do a "maintenance routine" to keep them. But that's the same as with any part of the body: if you stop playing sports, you will no longer be good at them; if you stop masturbating or having sex, you may eventually become impotent. After your goals have been reached, you will need to do a minimum amount of work or they will eventually go away.

But that would mean it's not permanent.
Either way, what would a minimum amount of work require and for how long after your gains?

Tab: That's not true. The penis is roughly 50 percent smooth muscle. Additionally, the tunica, the inner tissue that surrounds the chambers of the penis, is an extension of the skeletal muscles (which cover the inner penis).
As Cern said, the gains are permanent to a degree. Some men have quit PE cold turkey, without a maintenance routine, and haven't lost a millimeter in 10 years. Other men , particullarly men who quit due to overtraining, lose half their gains or more. . . which is all the more reason to take it slow."Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results." - Albert Einstein

Seems like exercising this smooth muscle tissue won't work according to this specialist:

Your a member, on this site, with all these amazing examples of success through dedication to the routines and exercises posted, and you have the audacity to actually post that bullshit?
F*cking ridiculous.
