    As much as it's good to be sceptical to a certain degree of what you hear people say online, there is a point where you must see that everyone is not suffering from mass hysteria. No way, people have better things to do with their time. Now I know it works, and you can throw what other people on the web said about PE at us, and we can tell you why we think it's wrong, or true, or kinda wrong and kinda true, but at the end of the day it's just "he-said-she-said", right?

    You have to try it for yourself, end of story.

    Unless you feel you have a lasting physical defect you can start off like everyone else. Take your time and don't be in a rush to try any advanced moves just yet, and remember to round out your routine with stamina work.

    Welcome Progressor and thanks for not letting some of my comments keep you away. I love my PE and what it has done for me and I want everyone to share in it. Its changed my whole outlook on life. It's Amazing what an inch here or there can do for one's ego and esteem.

    Following up on my earlier post..............I don't mind questions and even encourage them, but to play the role of spoiler and use baseless, factless arguments to somehow dispell and discredit the validity of what we do here upsets me. I started with a 6x5 unit and now in 3 months its closer to 7x6 so I KNOW beyond any shadow of doubt it works. I appologize if I seemed very aggressive and attacking but I was upset. Our forum is open to anyone and everyone interested in self improvement and I in no way would prevent or block any from access to the wonderful information available here.

    To add to that, doctors have to be skeptical. As they see it, as long as your penis functions as a penis there is no problem. PE can be harmful if done improperly so they don't want to be telling someone to do it because it works and then get sued because the person broke his dick doing it improperly. That's why they say things like it CAN work but stress more on the dangers and make it sound like self mutilation. So, I'm sure many doctors believe it works, but they are still not going to recommend it.

    I think some of the most important aspects of PE are as follows. Dedication, confidence and belief. Trust your body can be better and it will! I dropped out after my injury and wish I had not. My short time back has resulted in a much more confident me and great EQ. Take the 90 day dedicated challenge. Let us know how it goes.
