  • Negative PI?

    Hi. I started doing the JP 90 routine a week ago and excercised 2 days in total. I do one day on - one day off because that works well for me with weightlifting. Anyway, I wanted to make sure to make gains so I did it with some force - never had any pain at all, but now my dick seemed to be a little smaller than usual yesterday. Could this be a definitive negative PI? Or could it be that the excercises were just heavy and my dick will come back stronger?

    Anybody have anything similiar?

    Over-trained. Don't get overzealous for gains within your 1st 90 days of PE, because you will just injure your unit.

    Take a rest day(s) till your dong returns to normal.
