First day here, reading all I can. I will be taking measurements this weekend after I buy a ruler and will be starting my journey.
I figured JPs program was the best place to start, which I will be doing either early in the morning before work or before bed. However I had a quick question about kegels. They are existent in his routine but should I do a routine during the day in addition to JPs? If so can anyone provide with me a nice beginner kegel/reverse routine? Thanks!
