Hi!
Alex here im kinda new to PE would like to hear some of your advice and suggestions.
I have some questions hope you guys can help me.
1. Is it ok to combine jp90 and LAS?
2. How long should i do LAS when im on jp90 program?
3. Will the penis get over worked with too much LAS?

I don't should do the LAS. Just do the JP90 first. It is best to gain with as little intensity as possible,plus you don't want to burn out from doing too much PE. So do the JP90 and learn more about your penis and how is reacts to exercises and recovery.

I heard from somebody on this forum that JP90 doesn't give gains, but more of a conditioning program. Is that correct?

the jp90 routine is designed to condition your penis to handle the exercise's you will find on this site
as always in life, everybody is different, some gain size increase from the jp90, whilst others dont
but you will all gain conditioning from doing it wich is the important thing.
i am in the last few weeks of the jp90 and have gained EQ, lenght and some girth gains are starting to appear now too.
but we are all going to react in a different way to any form of exercise.

Regular LAS's are not taxing on your unit. While everyone is different, I have done LAS's from the get go, and my flaccid hang/length thanks me for it. LAS's work your flaccid state, the other stuff works your erect. I am very conditioned and experienced, but I have started doing bundled LAS's immediately after finishing my jelqing routine.
