this is my routine 2days on 1day off im resting now for 1 week because my fingers are hurting real bad so i need some help.. i dont know this is good or not

Are you just starting? One would need a year of conditioning to even attempt that much. Way way way overtrained.

You might want to consider going the "gentler is better" path. If your fingers are hurting, thats a sign you might be trying to pull that thing out by it's roots. Then you'll see something new and different...the other end of it.
