Small pain after

I'm on my 2nd week of jelqing and stretching, and yesterday after stretching and jelqing I felt this weird pain on the left side of my dick, near where my body meets my penis. It's not a lot of pain, its hardly pain at all, its more of a discomfort,

I don't feel anything when I move my penis around while flaccid, but when I get hard, i can sometimes feel a small discomfort, it feels like there's a string inside my dick, close to the skin, right where my dick meets my body, and I can feel it being pulled when I move my dick around while hard.

I'm not sure, but I think it might be a ligament that I might have pulled too hard. I've been doing the same routine for almost 2 weeks, and this is the first time I've felt it like this.

I'm wondering if anyone has had this before, do I rest a couple of days? Is it a bad sign?

Please help, I don't want to cause damage.

Your self diagnosis sounds spot on. Rest until the pain subsides completely, then reevaluate your routine and the intensity of your jelqs.
