Here is my routine, that I plan on doing 2 days on 1 day off, if you have any suggestions, please tell me
** I am a beginner ** 2nd week
~ Warm up
Run warm water over my penis for around 5min
Stretching
- One hand stretch, for 30seconds, in every direction
- Ligament pull to the left and right for 30sec (penis held close to body and stretched)
- Under legs stretch
- Helicopter spins
Jelqing
Start at around 70%, and do 50 jelqs, then get hard again and repeat (total 100 jelqs) where both hands = 1 jelq
Cooldown
Get in shower and run warm water over my penis for 2-3min
Repeat stretching
~ aprox 5min of kegels, going from 1second kegels to 30second kegels
So heres the routine I'm planning on doing, anyone got any suggestions, or improvements, please help me improve it if you can
*** (Note) *** I've heard great stories from certain products, but for right now I cannot use any products (bathmate, etc),

Rice sock warm up is way superior to warm water. Sticking to ONE stretch angle and holding it for several sets of 5-20 minutes is way better than rotating angles and switching every 30 seconds. More time under tension = more fatigue = more gains. Chalk can help with this. Front and back reverse kegels might also be beneficial to you.
