Quicker sessions ???
Hey guys!
I'm not new at jelqing. I did it a year ago for a few months and I had some gains in length and much better erection. I stopped it because it takes too much time for me. My sessions usually lasted more than an hour and that's because very often I would get too erected and I would have to stop and wait for a minute.
Is there any option for a quicker sessions? Something I can do just for 15-20 minutes (usually just my warm up and warm down takes 15 mins). I really liked the better erections level I used to get. Are there any quick exercises just for better erection?
How long would it takes to make the gains permanent and the high erection level permanent (if possible)?

All you have to do is be patient.

As Dangler said it needs patience. It'll take you some time to train yourself to maintain erection at a certain level (depending on what you are Jelqing for) to Jelq properly. Keep at it and ya should get there.
I don't have very good understanding of the overall concept but I'll explain you a little.
Warming up- 6 to 7 minutes is optimal because you don't wanna "tire out" veins and stuff prior to your actual workout.
Warming down- less than 5 minutes or a short warm shower always does the trick.
Jelqing- I don't know if you're Jelqing for Length or Girth but it is always nice to alternate b/w Regular Jelqs and V-Jelqs in a session. There are two ways to go about it: By the number or by the minute. In either case you should take a progressive approach. For instance, add 2 Jelqs every other day or 10 every week or so. This will get your unit used to the exercise in a best way possible and from there on you can decide for yourself how much time you wanna spent doing it depending on your goal.
