Hey there. I'm a new PE'er, and I've been on the JP90 routine for about 2 weeks now. Very excited to be here, but a little worried.
After recently doing further research on this site (particularly, TGC theory), and the relationship between BPFSL and BPEL, it seems I may have some difficulty ahead of me. My BPFSL is way, way below my BPEL. Like, 2 inches. I've always been really small when flaccid, although my EL is about average (a little over 6".) I'm the very definition of a "grower." I've never really given this much thought before, and I assumed most guys had dicks like mine... but upon further reading here, it seems my dick is pretty out of the ordinary.
My dick is also pretty tough when flaccid. Like there's a thick, dense core in it. Is this something that anybody else can relate to?
I'm wondering if I should augment the JP90 routine to suit my shortcomings. Perhaps more stretching is in order? I can finish the JP90 stretching in a few minutes, but perhaps I should double it. Does anyone have any advice regarding how I should proceed? Specific stretching or length exercises, etc? Any help would be greatly appreciated - thanks!

At first, you are longer than average. I challenge you to read this book, where you will se that about 5.7'' is around normal, and you got 1 cm bigger than that, so stop complaining.
Also in the book there is plenty of information on how to do the exercises properly. Read around on this forum and you'll learn lots about you PE. Learn to listen to your body, and don't overdo your exercises. Learn about the negative and postitive signs and you'll awoid injury.

Two weeks since you joined and now a post..a belated but well deserved
Keep in mind, one of the main purposes of JP's90 day routine is for you to begin the conditioning process.
If you get distracted from that, trying to correct or improve some other penile issue, you
may be premature AND entertain the possibility of self induced injury.

I know what you mean by different to everyone. The tunica is made of a type of muscle which has many layers to it, Different people have different numbers of layers from 2 to 3 most common and the fibres run in different directions. If more fibre run from front to back you can gain better in thickness easier, if more fibre runs around the penis then you get length easy. Its one of those things, there are specific exercises that take this into account and its prolonged exercise over time that wins out in the end; don't over do it to soon.
