I've finished the JP90 routine, or more precisely the following routine which has some similarities at least:

1. 10 mins warm up
2. 10 mins stretches - not helicopter variations because I didn't feel I was getting anything out of them, but 30 sec stretches down, left, right, up, and in front.
3. 10 mins Jelqing - more squeezes than anything else to be honest, but there was too much blood in my penis to really be able to move it up to the head, V-Jelqs also included.


BPEL: 7.5" up to 7.75" (1/4")
EG: 6.25" stayed the same.

So, some improvements but a little light on the ground.

I'm not too bothered about gaining girth since I'm doing pretty well there already, but a bit more length would nice, so I'm going to focus on that. I have some ideas on where to move now - maybe Big Al's Advanced "Jelq Free" routine, but any advice would be much appreciated.
