Shortest but best PE routine any suggestions? And how long would such a routine take? I don't have time to spend hours a day.. (someone got a routine or something, I mean the problem is that i need to be able to do other things as well, like if i can do hanging while i do other stuff i can add that into the routine and the routine can last for 24 hours i don't care but that but I can't stand touching my dick hours doing stretches for hours a day..

Like how long should i stretch / jelq a day to make results etc please make a routine or something and tell me how long it will approx take
