it is a shame though because jelqing really does provide the immediate reward of a great EQ- which I had even on the day of my last session 4 days ago.
So the pain seems to have gone down but I still have a tingling feeling in my unit. Morning wood was not an issue this morning but it was not at a 100 percent . Is that a matter of concern?
The pain started decreasing dramatically two days ago and my EQ is good. But I have to admit this past week has definitely scared me quite a bit. I am reluctant to get back to jelqing for a while. If I did start with light stretches for a few weeks (until the pain completely goes away), would that be a good idea? Is it absolutely impossible to get gains in length without jelqs? Any input here would be very helpful. Thank you in advance.
