  • Question about how to measure + How long to see gains?

    I am new to PE, only been doing for about a month and a half. It is longest when I am lying on my back. How to measure correctly?

    Also, how long to start seeing gains? I've been stretching continuously but haven't noticed anything yet. When did you first start to notice your length gains?
