    Ok I've started JP90 at the beginning of the week and I'm just making sure I'm doing it alright? I start out warming up with a rice sock for 10-15 min then I do helicopter shakes, stretch then quick Kegels, then stretch and rotate for 10 seconds clockwise then 10 seconds counter clockwise. I those for 5 min then I start my Jelqing. The first 2 days I did 150 regular Jelqs then 90 V Jelqs. Today I did 7 min of regular Jelqs then 3 minutes of V's for a total of 10 min jelqing. Then I warm down with sock again 10 minutes then take a hot shower then I'm done. I want to enter in Kegels and reverse Kegels (still haven't completely figured out how to do these correctly) I want to know how many I should do a day. Thanks for reading and your help, I would like to get some feedback and help on whether I should tweak my routine a little or maybe even do less, from an experienced PEer. Also one last thing should I edge too with my routine?

    Edging will help your routine and kegels do them in maybe a 1:1 ratio and start with say 25 each.
