finished the jp90 routine this week, injury free all the way thru.
ive posted this here instead of on the success forum to inspire those of you currently about to start PE or already doing the jp90 routine.
ive made length gains of 1 1/4"
and girth gains of 1/4"
i now plan to concentrate fully on length gains and have made my own hanger from an old "nintendo wii controler" ( the latex cover thing that covers the controler)
i tested it out by including it in my jp90 routine last week, instead of manual stretching and it works perfectly
hung 3x20 min sets at 3lb both days, so plan to start my new length routine tomorrow morning.
i will scale down the jelq's ( both wet and v) to 70 reps of each, per day to maintain and maybe even improve my EQ ( saying that, last night with the wife i was undoubtedly 100% EQ level to the point that my unit was aching afterwards lol)
before i started PE, my end goal was 7" length but having already achieved this my new end goal is 8"
i have a fair upwards curve to my penis and always struggled to acurately measure my length with a tailors tape so i have designed my own engineers steel rule wich exactly mirrors my curve and is strong enough to push correctly down on the pubic bone for super acurate measurements ( without the measuring the curve i loose 1/4" wich i only discovered recently so i have amended my start length by 1/4" too so as not to cheat myself).
