hi all,
finished the jp90 routine this week, injury free all the way thru.
ive posted this here instead of on the success forum to inspire those of you currently about to start PE or already doing the jp90 routine.
ive made length gains of 1 1/4"
and girth gains of 1/4"
i now plan to concentrate fully on length gains and have made my own hanger from an old "nintendo wii controler" ( the latex cover thing that covers the controler)
i tested it out by including it in my jp90 routine last week, instead of manual stretching and it works perfectly
hung 3x20 min sets at 3lb both days, so plan to start my new length routine tomorrow morning.
i will scale down the jelq's ( both wet and v) to 70 reps of each, per day to maintain and maybe even improve my EQ ( saying that, last night with the wife i was undoubtedly 100% EQ level to the point that my unit was aching afterwards lol)
before i started PE, my end goal was 7" length but having already achieved this my new end goal is 8"
i have a fair upwards curve to my penis and always struggled to acurately measure my length with a tailors tape so i have designed my own engineers steel rule wich exactly mirrors my curve and is strong enough to push correctly down on the pubic bone for super acurate measurements ( without the measuring the curve i loose 1/4" wich i only discovered recently so i have amended my start length by 1/4" too so as not to cheat myself).

Did you alter any part of the jp90 program? Having a hard time believing this one.

Good work! And make me one of those rulers too.
And Stang, this mirrors my experience with JP90 (not yet complete). Between the start and week 5 I gained 7/8" in BPEL and 1/4" EG. Then weeks 6 and 7 no gain. I will measure again at the end of week 9 (week 8 in the bag tomorrow), but looking at it I think I will see some small progress. 1-1/4" gain in length by 90 days is not out the realm of possibility for me. One thing I have to admit though, is that I misunderstood the instructions on the jelqing, and ended up doing twice as many as called for.

Thats amazing, I've almost reached the 1 month mark of my JP90 and seen no gains. What is your routine?
Original start - 15th May '13 - July (stopped)
Restarted - November 3rd '13
Stats -
May 2013 - BPEL 6.3"
January 2014- BPEL 6.7" NBPEL 6.1 MEG 4.75
April 2014 - BPEL 6.9 NBPEL 6.3 MEG 4.75
May 2014 - BPEL 18.1cm (7.1")
October 2014 - NBPEL 6.5" (16.6cm)

i did change the routine a little yes.
i found the amount of wet jelq (150) was way too much for me personaly so i reduced the amount to 100 wet jelq, vs jelq stayed at 90 reps.
i replaced the 50 wet jelq removed from my routine with 4 full reps of the manual stretches held for 40 seconds approx ( so ie, stretch left for 40 sec, right, up, down, straight and 360's 20 in each direction. i repeated this 4 times to start my routine.
i made these change's after about the first 4-5 weeks as i found the original jp90 routine was leaving me very fatiuged on day 4 and 5 of my 5 on 2 off.
my main aim from the start was for length rather than girth so these change's seemed to make sense for me personaly.
forgot to add in my original post that my new steel ruler goes up to 10" ( being a bit over ambitious there maybe lol)start 3/2013
