Thread: post JP-90 jelquing

I've completed the JP90, and though I reckon I've gained a little in length, girth is unchanged. So I'm going to start adding in some squeezes and bends to see if that will increase girth.
Is it worth carrying on jelquing as well?

Well if you are going to add squeezes and bends then I dont see the point of it. Maybe 50 light jelqs to give the penis some fresh blood to help it to recover.

Disagree completely. When it comes to girth many have made great gains from jelqing. The intensity and number of reps should be greater now that you have put in your time. As always, I will say look into UJ's and UV's for maximum affect jelqing (see my new and improved signature below!!!).
