    Hi everyone, my name is Timo im 19 years old and i`m from Europe, im new to the forum.
    I have jelqed for a year with no gains, and later i tried 90 days newbie routine and i did it for two months and som how i manged to overtrain my dick and i had to take a little break and then i got lazy and i stopped pe.
    Now im member at the penis health site because i did not knew how to gain gains and thought maybe that site would be helpful,
    now i have the dvd exersice but i do not know which routine i should do?
    there is newbie routine which takes only 7-10 minuts to perform and there is also another newbie routine which takes 25-30 minuts i do not know which routine i should perform need advice please.

    at the moment i only perform ballooning exersice and i have did it for like 11 days with no gains. is it possible to gain gains only frome ballooning ?

    Pay close attention to at least the Safety section in the first url.
    See if you can discipline your self to a regular routine, and use an on/off days schedule that will fir into your lifestyle.
    Then ask questions at that point.
